Cette parole exprime très bien mes réflexions de fin de l'année. Les transformations passées, tout le changement, une reprise de vie, mon avenir ainsi... en couple dorénavant, à l'étranger.

Well, everybody recognizes that, once in love, we do crazy things. Passion makes us behave as insanes.

Yes, a romance may turn you into silly person, a fool of you! Sometimes, even exposing you to ridicule while declaring yourself flamed.

And you know what? You don't care (actually, maybe, just until this state of euphoria end... blow out. Then, you might repent it. Anyways, you live it intensely, with all your heart and soul.).

Public declarations of love, photos, phone calls, sms and messages... cute gestures, cherished statements.

Towards both of you, but it can contaminate others... everybody! After all, this is delightful, pleasurable, ineffable, gratifying. Not tawdry, indeed.

If the happiness of the others bothers people, probably they are 'un'- or badly loved. Unfortunately, it happens oftentimes! Therefore, I wish them for 2013 to find their other half. Having a hubby is the best medicine in this case. Seriously.

novelty! (like it or not) 

Having said that, I can say I love Montreal, its four well-defined seasons - ergo: snow during the winter (despite that sometimes may be too much).

It's something new for me, and for my friends and family. To all of those to whom it is not understandable, I do not give a shit!

Lots of photos will still be posted (such as on Facebook), liked, and commented as well. Many texts will also be written about that once in a while - whether they mean to or not. 

For some, boring; for others, magic!

winter solstice

Due to the theories of World's End, everybody forget... but it's winter! (or, for lucky people below: summer!)

In December 21, the sun was exactly at its southernmost point in the sky in the Northern Hemisphere. This means that, since then, days start to be longer. Finally.

Night at 4:30 PM depress... Just nine hours of sunshine a day it's very little. Not enough. NOT AT ALL! - mainly for me, a beach girl.

Hail to Vitamin D and omega-3 supplements!

We'll never forget the first snowstorm we witness... Freezing, wet, white, it's something! At the same time, it may be awesome for who is not used to. Become beautiful to foreign eyes... A romantic souvenir, even if chaotic.

All novelties turn us into a kid. That is wonderful, although all damage and trouble caused by this worst blizzard occured in Montreal area in December.

In spite of The Grand Finale of Saltimbanco, among all other great gifts received in this Christmas, the best one was Lis. Without a doubt! 

It came antecipated, in November, and has surpassed all expectations by now. Fortunately.

Bem, se o mundo não acabar hoje, conforme previsto pelo calendário maia (o qual respeito bastante), que a gente não esqueça e ignore todo o processo de destruição do planeta. Esse sim, parece não ter fim.

E não deixo de lado toda a parte (des)humana da coisa: pouco amor, mas muita falta de respeito, de cultura e educação. Tanta mentira... inversão de valores. Ganância total! Egoísmo, exploração. 

Genocidio de índios no Brasil... Onde vamos parar?

De qualquer maneira, é o cúmulo a que ponto já chegamos. Parece estar tudo errado mesmo... sem solução. O limite? Se não é agora, o alcançaremos logo. Não me surpreende o prognóstico.

Em breve termina tudo. Inclusive o ano, e a vergonha na cara, espero.

Para tudo que eu quero descer! Um bom exemplo para ilustrar bem o quanto a situação atual é crítica (sem exageros!):

Principal entidade pró-armas dos EUA, a NRA (National Rifle Association), acaba de afirmar que "A única forma de deter um cara mau com uma arma é um cara bom com uma arma". No discurso de seu vice-presidente, Wayne LaPierre, eles deixam claro sua posição a respeito da delicada questão de armas a fogo no país - principalmente agora, após o incidente em Newtown, Connecticut.

Neste último massacre em solo yankee, ocorrido semana passada, 20 crianças e seis adultos foram mortos. Em resposta, o presidente Barack Obama havia prometido uma revisão na atual legislação que permite a posse de armas. Os lobistas, então, apelam agora dizendo que a lei deve ser mantida porque "é o único modo de defesa", e apoiam ainda que todas as escolas do país sejam vigiadas por policiais armados.

E eu pergunto: se o propósito é justamente a paz, para que mais munição? 

É o fim (da picada)... de fato!

Most part of people don"t know, but bank may be very dirty. When melting, the slush mess all beauty of winter.

A hint: attend to yellow snow! It's (dog) pee.

a burden

A heavy one. Fooder... Awkward, incongruous, inconvenient, unbecoming. Clinging like a gum to our shoes sole.

Unfortunate photos, posts, comments, calls, messages... HONESTLY! A damned irritating who doesn't leave us alone.

I don't understand why I should endure this, such insolence. It must be karma, other lives' retribution.

My Christmas wish is to get rid of it next year. Not only in 2013, but for the rest of our days. Please, Saint Nicholas!

In addiction, give people love, in order to prevent them to mess someone else's happiness. While enamored/enamour, the tendency is not to bother others.

I miss that!

While living in a northern place, landscape must be completely white in the end of the year! Thick ground full of snow... to play and have fun! 

Like a child.

I just wait for this moment as soon as summer end!
