everything has it's price!

Lately, Queen Elizabeth II revised the Royal Household Order of Precedence. Little changes involved only Kate Middleton, though, in order to remind her about her commoner roots.

At this newest protocol, the Duchess of Cambridge must curtsy to your husband's relatives unless she is with him. Probably the worst part will be do it, whether in private or in public, to Eugenie and Beatrice, two blood princesses, cousins of Prince William, when she meets them alone.

Well, if it is humiliation caused by Queen's jealousy of her popularity (as magazines have speculated by now) or if it is just respect for their old royal tradition, I really don't mind...(!) In my opinion, all monarchy stuff is completely old-fashioned and out of place nowadays.

After all, who pay for it? By the way, I sincerely don't understand how a country as Canada, for example, still maintains its political system tied with the British Royal Family, supporting them and their caprices (Kate's expensive new dresses, included!).

Tant pis au Québéc! (yes, unfortunately we are also paying for that...)

I’m honestly as impressed as satisfied with my new capacity to play as a child. Wearing costumes, or playing some ludic roles haven’t been my main well-known skills until now.

As a Capricorn girl, I've maintained myself refrained once I'm shy. However, after this night, no one will doubt that I’m a creative person.

I've just started a new period in my life - in which I can be who I really want at the moment. Equally, I intend to leave free my children to embody their own carachters, besides support them to fantasize.

Special moments allow us to do what has been unthought... All in all, I'm the Queen of Hearts (today).

God save the Queen the trouble

Today, on the Labour Day, I will ask which one is Queen Elizabeth II’s? Only representation, I guess.

I really don’t agree with monarch politic system. I’m republican, after all. However, this way to govern a country have worked until now in UK and adjacencies. Surprising, British people approve it.

This behaviour was clear this week, during the fervent royal wedding arrangements and events. Incidentally, who did pay for it? I suppose the people - all colonies included.

It is said that Middleton family was the one-third sponsor. The other two fraction, well… you know. Nevertheless, it seems that nobody (or the major part of them don‘t) cares about that…

As long as I’m used to a different system, I really don’t understand this situation. Though, I have to admit that the countries she is the Head are in good economical and social conditions.

There is a merit in that, which haven’t done by any other leader. Even so, she has a role that, sometimes, seems as a joke, due to the First Ministers more active functions. Thus, she has somewhat as an ornamental political occupation.

Even worst is the waiting of Prince Charles to become king. I read that is the longest crowning delay of their History. Ok, he is merely decorative indeed... Owing to his lack of popularity, many prefer William as her successor.

Dutch 30th April

At the same time, yesterday was celebrated in the Netherlands the Queen’s Day (Koninginnedag). I swear I would like to had been there.

Spring time, hot pleasant weather, everybody going to the parks on weekends, as well as celebrating festive events... It is a quite good opportunity to be happy(er). 

Maybe another time… next year. I hope so! - being some kind of queen there.

Era madrugada e eu, sozinha no saguão, usando a internet.  Reli algumas vezes aquela sequência de emails (boquiaberta) sem acreditar no que via! Não respondi nada. Estava meio em choque...  Já conhecia o assunto, mas, na verdade, nunca imaginei provocar tal desejo em alguém, mesmo virtualmente.

Como deveria eu reagir àquela situação? Admito que tive medo, pois (fisicamente) ele me observava detrás do balcão do hotel, disfarçando seu fetiche por debaixo do uniforme de homem trabalhador que vestia. Mas fingi que não desconfiava dele e subi para meu quarto como se nada tivesse acontecido.

Depois, fiquei pensando: que perigo um cara desses fazer esse tipo de abordagem, mesmo que somente online, para uma criança, por exemplo, despreparada para recebê-la e assimilar tal tara. Ou mesmo que fosse para um(a) adolescente... Bizarro! Pior que isso, só se essa proposta altporn partisse de uma mulher! Eca.
